Shipping
We ship first class with delivery confirmation within the US. All international orders are
shipped first class mail at no additional cost.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received unless there are
material delays beyond our control. If you are purchasing a babycharmed jewelry item
along with your note pads, due to the custom nature of the jewelry pieces, your package
will not be shipped until 10-14 days after receipt of payment. Once your item leaves
EASYonMOM, we are not responsible for post office errors. Insurance is optional but
recommended. Customers are notified of their order status and tracking number via
email.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards and paypal payments. All payments to be in US dollars. To pay
with check please allow extra time for your order to ship while we wait for your check to
clear our bank. For checks, please enclose the purchase price plus shipping.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of
receiving your order. Please return the order in its original form and packaging, unused
and in new condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do
not meet these conditions. We will then issue a refund (less shipping costs) or store
credit. We recommend shipping the return/exchange by a courier service so it can be
tracked for delivery. Please contact us at sales@babycharmed.com before sending a
return.

All customer information obtained remains with EASYonMOM. We do not sell, trade or
give away any information.
Website Color Information
We have tried as accurately as possible to represent the colors of our products on our
website. The colors of products you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot
guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colors of our products.
All pads are hand assembled and printed on an ink jet printer.
