All charms are handcrafted by BabyCharmed. The alignment of each letter/number is not exact as natural variations occur in handmade
jewelry. Nor are any two pieces identical in shape/size. We make every attempt to portray all pieces as accurately as possible by
including photos, descriptions and sizes. We have also tried to display all colors as accurately as possible.
Payment Methods:
We accept credit cards and paypal payments. All payments to be in US dollars.
Shipping Information:
We ship first class with delivery confirmation within the US. All international orders are shipped first class mail at no additional cost.
Your jewelry will be shipped within 10-14 days after payment is received unless there are material delays beyond my control. Once your
item leaves BabyCharmed, we are not responsible for post office errors. Insurance is optional but recommended.
Packaging:
All orders are shipped out ready for gift giving.
Return Policy:
Because all orders are custom made, we only accept returns if we have misprinted your charms. Please double check the
personalization before submitting your order.
Hazard:
These items contain small parts and are not recommended for children under the age of three.
Jewelry Care:
Wearing your charms will prevent tarnish. The more you wear your jewelry, the less chance they'll be for tarnish to appear. However, do
not wear them when cleaning with harsh chemicals.
Your charms will polish by rubbing them with a silver polishing cloth. You can purchase a polishing cloth on the accessories page.
Please use caution regarding using silver dips on your charms. They may discolor crystals and/or remove the black lettering on your
piece.
